I have just been to Feet Etc in Stapleford, I came away like walking on air after Wendy had attended to my problem nail and feet. Attention to detail was amazing, she was even able to pick up on a slight blood pulse problem, which I was able follow up with my doctor.

I phoned FEET (etc) with regards to my mum and arranging a home visit.The lady on the phone was very pleasant and informed me that they don’t do home visits. She could have                         left it there, but no, she took time out of her busy day to phone a few contacts to see if they did home visits, with no avail. She phoned me a few hours later to let me know her      progress and offer me further information where to look. If that is the level of customer service they offer to non-customers, then all I can say is the level they offer to their customers must be unbelievable.Thank you,

Excellent chiropody service. Wendy is very calm and caring. She always solves my foot problems and I am now a ‘regular’ as she is so good and my difficult feet feel great!

A very BIG thank you Wendy for keeping my toenails and feet healthy. You have sorted my big toenails which had suffered bruising and loss from a lot of walking. Always a friendly and warm greeting at appointments. Good products for feet too.

I have been to a few podiatrists and found FEET (etc) the most thorough and informative treatment I’ve had. I’ve also had the opportunity to buy items to keep my feet extra comfy, i.e. socks, sandals and creams. I would recommend a visit to anybody!

I have visited both ‘sides’ of FEET (etc) (Wendy and Philip). I have always received caring attention to detail during treatment. They are both so enthusiastic and helpful and very focused on you as a patient which makes having treatment feel very special.

My appointment was with Philip. He has given me extensive time and he has advised me on exercises which are helping me to walk without losing my balance. He has fitted a pair of my shoes with insoles to give support when I’m walking. It was his usual focused practise and I am extremely grateful to Philip.

Nothing is too much trouble for Wendy. Whatever is asked of her she always makes you feel welcome, with a very professional manner and attitude to all customers.
